The rates, without the small-print hunt.
Mileage means the one-way road distance with your vehicle on the truck, from collection to the agreed destination. This model adds no return-to-base mileage. Ferry, toll, parking or specialist access costs require a separate agreed quote. Storage beyond 60 days and routes beyond 500 miles need an individual quote.
A few things
you might ask.
What counts as a loaded mile?
A loaded mile is one mile travelled with your vehicle aboard the recovery truck. Enter the road distance from collection to destination, not straight-line distance. The estimator does not calculate a route from postcodes.
How are storage days counted?
The first 24 hours after arrival are included when combined with recovery. Each additional 24-hour period, or part of it, is £25 in this example. A 36-hour stay is entered as 2 days and costs £25.
Are these prices guaranteed?
No. They are illustrative, VAT-inclusive figures for this concept. A real operator must confirm its tariff, access, vehicle details, destination and availability before agreeing a final price.
